SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP

1 package(8 oz) light cream cheese, softened
½ cup margarine, softened
¼ cup finely chopped onions
2 Tblsp. light/reduced fat mayonnaise
1 Tblsp. red wine vinegar
1½ tsp lemon juice
1½ tsp hot dry mustard
1 tsp fresh horseradish
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried cilantro or parsley
Cayenne Pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Serve with unsalted chips, pretzels, raw vegetables or bagel chips.

**NOTE: I added more cayenne pepper and a few jiggers of Tabasco, the more you add, the hotter it is – MUY CALIENTE! Also, I used cilantro. This is great for parties and no one will know how healthy it really is since the taste is fantastic!
