1 cup shortening ½ cup Splenda Sugar Blend 1 egg well beaten 1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla 2 cup all purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt (optional) Colored sugar crystals
Cream sugar, shortening, & beaten egg. Let cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. This will avoid breakage. |
