Impossible Pie

In a blender or mixer (I use a blender), place:
4 eggs or egg substitutes
½ cup flour

Blend well.

ADD:
1/4 cup Splenda Sugar for Baking
4 TBLSP margarine or butter (cut in pieces)
1 tsp vanilla

Blend again, then add:
2 cups 1% milk
1 cup coconut

Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured deep dish 9” glass pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 min.
**The eggs & milk will form the filling. The flour forms the crust, the coconut forms the topping. The filling rises to the top and settles a little after it is baked. It tastes the same as coconut custard pie. Serve cold with cool whip.
