| 16 oz can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), do not drain 1 box instant sugar free pistachio pudding ½ cup coconut (optional) 1 ½ - 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 9 OZ container of Sugar Free Cool Whip In a bowl, pour can of crushed pineapple. Add box of instant pudding powder to crushed pineapple and mix well. Add coconut (if used) and mix together. Add in marshmallows and stir together. Then, fold in cool whip. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. |
