
Preheat oven to 325° Cut each bagel in half vertically, using an electric knife or being very careful with a sharp knife. Place one bagel half, cut side down, on a flat surface; cut vertically into 8-10 slices. Repeat procedure with all remaining bagels. Place slices on a baking sheet. Spray top of bagels liberally with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt free seasoning. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from pan; cool completely. Store in a Ziploc bag or any airtight container. **NOTE: This is a great replacement for those salt craving moments! |
